  • 1 liter of water
  • 750 grams of white sugar

Boil a little water and add the melissa plant. Let the mixture sit for a couple of hours and strain it. Once you have filtered the infusion, boil it again and add the sugar. Finally, refrigerate your drink and drink a glass before sleeping. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, avoid its use.

Remedy of limes or lemon

  • 2 glasses of water
  • Sugar to taste
